This listing is for Incredible Hulk #271, published by Marvel in 1982. This is a hot book that is probably just going to keep getting hotter leading up to the next Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The case is in good condition overall, though it does have one tiny hairline crack on the top edge (see last pic) - it's small enough that I don't think most collectors would care, but worth mentioning.

For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics. Ultimately it is not anything that is in direct contact with your comic, nor will it affect the comic's condition over time.
